Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to offering quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided by European legislation.
Eligibility Conditions for a Return
No Returns Without Prior Authorization
Any return made without prior authorization or beyond the 14-day period will not be accepted. The product will be sent back to the sender at their expense.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e., to return a product without having to provide a reason.
Accepted Returns
- If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- In case of an order error (incorrect product or error in order details).
Exclusions from Return
- Worn, washed, or used products: All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
- Customized products: Personalized or modified items at the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt by email at contact@lapero.com. After this period, we can no longer accept your return.
In your email, please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (incorrect product, manufacturing defect, etc.)
- Photos of the product (if necessary) to support your request.
After your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition it was shipped to you.
Refund or Exchange
Refund
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the product, including initial shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange the return at our expense and proceed with an exchange or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Important Note
To minimize abusive returns and ensure efficient return management, we encourage you to carefully check sizes, colors, and products before finalizing your order. Any order not meeting the above criteria will be automatically rejected.
