General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Welcome to the LAPERO website. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern purchases made on our site. By placing an order on our site, you fully accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Company Information

2. Order Process
The order process on our site is as follows:
Selection of products: Browse our site and add the desired products to your cart. You will find detailed information (description, price, size, color, etc.) on each product page.
Cart validation: Check the items added to your cart, modify quantities, or remove products if necessary before proceeding to checkout.
Account creation or login: If you are a new customer, you can create an account. If you are already registered, log in for easier management of your orders.
Delivery and billing information: Enter your personal and delivery information, as well as the desired shipping method.
Choice of payment method: Select your preferred payment method from those offered (credit card, PayPal, etc.). All transactions are secure.
Order review: Check all the order details (products, delivery costs, total amount payable).
Order confirmation: Once the payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order, the order number, and shipping tracking information.
Validation of the sales contract: The sales contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation and the payment has been accepted.
3. Delivery
Delivery location:
Delivery is carried out to the delivery address provided by the Client, provided that this address must be the Client’s place of residence or that of any other individual of their choice, if clearly specified at the time of the Order or Preorder. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
When entering their personal details, the Client must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the required information. In the event of an error in the recipient’s address details, LAPERO cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the Product(s).
Delivery times
Standard Delivery: The estimated delivery time for a standard shipment is 5 to 15 business days from the date the order is validated for delivery within mainland France.
Delivery times are indicated at the time of the Order. These are indicative times, expressed in business days, corresponding to average processing and delivery times.
The Client acknowledges that, in the event of a Preorder, the delivery time will be extended. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page at the time of purchase and in the order confirmation email. The delivery time depends on the necessary production time and the overall production volume of all preordered products.
LAPERO cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any delivery delay that is not its fault or that is due to an act of force majeure.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package’s journey.
4. Return Policy
We are committed to providing quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided by European legislation.
1. Eligibility Requirements for a Return:
Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e., to return a product without providing any reason.
Accepted returns:
- If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- In the event of an order error (incorrect product or an error in the order details).
Exclusions:
- Products worn, washed, or used: All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with intact tags.
- Personalized products: Customized items or those altered at the client’s request cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at “contact@lapero.com”. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept your return. In your email, please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (wrong product, manufacturing defect, etc.)
- Photos of the product (if necessary) to support your request
After your return request is validated, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was sent to you.
3. Refund or Exchange:
Refund: If your return is approved, we will proceed with a full refund of the product, including initial shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or there was an order error on our part.
Damaged or incorrect products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product or one that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange the return at our expense and provide an exchange or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. No Returns Without Prior Authorization:
Any return made without prior authorization or beyond the 14-day period will not be accepted. The product will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Important Note:
To minimize abusive returns and ensure efficient return management, we encourage you to carefully check sizes, colors, and products before finalizing your order. Any order that does not meet the above criteria will be automatically rejected.
5. Legal Warranties
Legal warranty of conformity: In accordance with European legislation (Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code), you are entitled to have a defective product repaired or replaced within two years from the date of receipt of the order.
Warranty against hidden defects: In accordance with Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, you can request a replacement or a refund in case of a hidden defect in the product, within two years after discovering the defect.
Warranty claim procedure: For any warranty claim, please contact us at contact@lapero.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the products and obtain a repair or refund.
6. Liability and Limitation of Liability
We are committed to providing quality products and ensuring prompt delivery. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during transportation and washing, unless responsibility is clearly attributed to our company.
7. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Latvian law. In the event of a dispute, the Latvian courts shall have jurisdiction. If you are a French consumer, you can resort to mediation, in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code. You can consult the list of approved mediators on the French government website.
8. Changes to the T&Cs
We reserve the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our site. We encourage you to regularly check this page to stay informed of any possible changes.
